Zhangzhou Pien Tze Huang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Pien Tze Huang”) is a time-honored national high-tech enterprise. In December of 1999, Zhangzhou Pharmaceutical Factory established in 1956 was restructured into Zhangzhou Pien Tze Huang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In June of 2003, it was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. With a market capitalization of more than RMB 60 billion, the stocks were included in the MSCI index system and the FTSE Russell indices.

Over the years, Pien Tze Huang has consistently ranked among the top five Chinese patent medicine exporters in terms of foreign exchange earnings. It is recognized as the leading exporter in China's traditional Chinese medicine industry and is among the top ten export enterprises annually. Currently, it boasts a research institute, 35 holding subsidiaries, and 7 shareholding companies, producing and operating over 400 product series.

In 2015, Zhongding Integration, a professional pharmaceutical intelligent manufacturing solution provider, designed, installed and built an intelligent pharmaceutical logistics center in Xiamen.

Modern Chinese and Western Medicine Logistics System

Zhongding Integration, a subsidiary of Noblelift, plans and designs modern Chinese and western medicine logistics system in strict accordance with the national GSP, including: storage system (including automatic three-dimensional warehouse, pallet racks), disassembly and picking system (including DPS picking and storing system); automated sorting system; tote conveyor system; pallet conveyor system; WCS software management system, etc.

The project is set up with 5 sets of 25.5-meter-high stacker cranes and 6,880 storage locations.

The daily average throughput of non-Chinese medicine drinks is ensured to be 25,900 totes/day.

The daily average throughput of traditional Chinese medicine tablets is 20000 Kg/day.

Zhongding Integration has been engaged in pharmaceutical intelligent logistics system construction for more than ten years. In view of previous project experience, Zhongding Integration recommends that the warehouse be designed to be a logistics center that may meet logistics demands of sales amounted to RMB 3 billion. Such logistics center not only meets the existing demand, but also continues to fit the supplies in the next 8-19 years of growth, without the inconvenience of warehouse expansion.

Perfectly Adapt to the E-commerce Business Demands

Meanwhile, in order to adapt to the growing demand of e-commerce business, we specially set up a convenient and fast e-commerce order process.

1. After passing the well-organized picking operation, the e-commerce order pops up at the corresponding sorting port.

2. Operators put the turnover totes received on the transferring equipment.

3. After order collection, operators pack the goods in the e-commerce packing and review area, print the invoices and paste the express order.

4. After packaging, the goods of each order are stacked separately based on the designated courier companies till they are taken.
