In the charity events, a total of 305,700 yuan in subsidies and gifts were generously given to 37 social households facing difficulties, 29 widowed elderly individuals, and 32 employees facing difficulties. In 2017, Zhongding invested over RMB 1 million in upgrading environmental protection equipment and implementing a one-time overhead transformation of phosphorization tanks. Additionally, in the five process steps of soaking and spraying in the production lines for pre-treatment of steel components before coating, the latest technologies were employed to significantly reduce emissions of exhaust gases, waste residue, and wastewater. The purified wastewater can be entirely reused. The company autonomously optimized and refurbished the powder coating assembly line. Through operational layout renovations, the operating time was shortened, resulting in significant energy savings. This initiative allows for an annual conservation of 120,000 m3 of natural gas and 18,000 tons of water.
