Jingwei Fu Tea, a revival of the profound cultural and historical characteristics of Shaanxi, has pioneered a high-standard, clean production system of compressed tea in China. It strives to become a leading modern tea processing enterprise in China.

"Jingwei Fu Tea" production line is the first clean production line in the domestic tea industry, and its construction marks the opening of the industrialized production mode with standardization as the core of China's tea industry; it has made outstanding contributions to the technological progress, industrial upgrading, and market pattern of the tea industry nationwide.

As a leader of one-stop intelligent manufacturing solution, Zhongding Integration, subsidiary of Noblelift Group, established a friendly partnership with Jingwei Fu Tea Co., Ltd. in Xianyang to jointly build an intelligent warehousing and logistics system. After several rounds of technical comparison and communication, Zhongding Integration was finally selected to provide a complete set of intelligent logistics system for the whole process of tea making, which promotes the high-quality development of production and operation as well as the efficient improvement of operational benefits.

High-standard and clean production system of compressed tea, intelligent food logistics system

The whole set of intelligent logistics system solution for Jingwei Fu Tea includes a three-dimensional warehouse, divided into five areas, which are used as drying warehouse, warehouse I and II for raw tea, finished product warehouse, transit warehouse. The warehouse has a height of 24 meters and is divided into two floors, providing a total of 26,000 storage locations. It is equipped with multiple stacker crane systems of double deep position, intelligent conveyor systems, RGV systems, AGV systems, and robotic systems independently developed by Zhongding. The entire process is informatized, providing flexible storage and transportation, as well as intelligent and seamless integration of raw materials, production, finished products, logistics, packaging and shipping for Jingwei Fu tea.

01 Drying Warehouse

This warehouse is used for packing raw tea into boxes, stacking, and then conveying them to the drying warehouse. After the drying process is completed, it enables automated inbound and outbound operations, robotic stacking, and returning of products that do not meet the quality standards back to the warehouse.

Material Receiving and Inbound Operation: The raw tea is packed into boxes and placed on the box conveyor line, then transported to the robotic stacking area. The robot picks up the entire box to complete the stacking instruction. The pallet is automatically conveyed to the aisle entrance by the pallet conveyor line, picked up by the stacker crane, and stored on the rack, completing the inbound process.

Outbound Operation: Following system instructions, the entire pallet of tea leaves is conveyed to the inspection station. After passing the moisture detection, it is covered and confirmed, then transported to the raw tea storage area for inbound operations. In case of failed moisture check, it is returned to the drying storage. Outbound detection and return-to-storage operations for the pallet are completed.

02 Warehouse for Raw Tea

This storage is used for the complete drying of whole pallets of tea leaves. Once the tea boxes enter the raw tea storage, outbound operations are carried out based on instructions. After unloading the pallet, a single box enters the sieving workshop, while the pallet is returned to the preceding process in the drying warehouse. This process achieves automated inbound and outbound operations, robotic nstacking, and returning to storage of empty pallets.

Inbound Operation: After confirmation in the drying warehouse, pallets are transported by RGV to the front conveyor line of the raw tea warehouse I/II. The stacker cranes pick up the pallets and place them on the racks based on instructions, completing the inbound operation.

Outbound Operation: According to the instruction, the stacker cranes pick up the pallets and put them at the entrance of the aisle, the conveyor system transports the pallets to the unstacking area, the robot system completes the unstacking of the whole box of tea according to the instruction, and then transports it to the designated area. The empty pallets generated by the unstacking process are stacked up and transported to the drying warehouse for storage, thus the unstacking of the warehouse is completed.

03 Transfer Warehouse

This warehouse seamlessly connects with the production workshop and is used for sorting, packing, and palletizing of raw tea. The raw tea from the first floor enters the transfer warehouse, while the outbound of sorted tea is on the second floor. The unloaded pallets will return to the warehouse. Single boxes enter the production building through the corridor, achieving automated inbound and outbound, sorting and picking, robot de-palletizing, and automatic stacking operations.

Sieving Workshop Inbound Operation: The boxed tea is placed on the conveyor line and transported to the robot stacking area. After the robot system completes the stacking command, the pallets are automatically transported from the conveyor line to the aisle. The stacker cranes pick up the pallets and place them on the rack, completing the inbound operation for the received pallets. The pallet travel is equipped with barcode reading and visual inspection. Pallets with abnormal barcode reading or visual inspection are sorted out through the exception port, and after rearrangement, they are restored into the warehouse.

Outbound Operation of Whole Pallet: According to the outbound instructions, the stacker cranes in the transfer warehouse pick up the pallet and place them at the entrance of the aisle. The conveyor system transports the pallets to the unstacking area, where the robot completes the unstacking of whole boxes according to the instructions. The unpacked tea in whole boxes is conveyed to the production workshop through the carton conveyor system, and the empty pallets are automatically conveyed to the transfer warehouse for storage. Then the outbound operation of the transfer warehouse pallet is completed.

04 Finished Product Warehouse

This warehouse is used for the boxes of finished product from the production workshop to enter the second floor through the corridor, stack up, and then enter the finished product warehouse. According to the instructions, finished products are taken out from the second floor, lowered to the first floor by the lift, achieving automated inbound, corridor transportation, automated outbound and loading operations.

Inbound Operation of Finished Products: The full-box finished products are transported to the robot stacking area by the box conveyor system. The robot system completes the stacking instructions, and then the pallets of finished product are transported to the aisle entrance of the finished product warehouse by the pallet conveyor system. The stacker cranes pick up and place them on the rack, completing the finished product inbound operation.

Outbound Operation of Finished Products: According to the outbound instructions, the stacker cranes pick up the finished product pallets and place them at the aisle entrance. The conveyor system transports the finished product pallets to the outbound port on the second floor, where pre-outbound finished product pallets are temporarily stored for picking and other operations. After confirmation of outbound materials, they are conveyed to the first floor for automated outbound operations.
